Dusty finishes 17th

Dusty Payne had a tough heat against Joel Parkinson and did not advance. He ends the contest in 17th. None of the other Rookie CT’ers made it very far either. Semi finals & Finals are slated for tomorrow.

Freddy P’s website, www.insurfnews.com, posted this video of Pancho and company weighing in on who will be the rookie contenders at the first stop of the 2010 WCT. The event starts in less than 10 days and is at Snapper Rock, Australia. Dusty Payne is Maui’s first surfer to ever make it on tour. Go Dusty!
